How to get out of your head and be yourself with anyone by swapping one question
No lines to memorise, no faking extroversion, no saving another video. In one hour I'll show you the verdict you've been running and how to end it.
Here's what you'll learn
Meet your host

I was twelve, the new kid in a new state, and nobody had a reason to talk to me. I found How to Win Friends and Influence People in my dad's room, read it like a manual and did what it said. A year later I was student body president.
I've been studying it ever since, through Division I wrestling at Cal Poly, a red balloon on Netflix and a dinner with my taxi driver in Giza. Everything I teach on Thursday comes from my own reps and the reps my clients are running right now.

What people say after they actually do the reps
I'm already having way better conversations. More confident and relaxed instead of anxious and rushing to get out of it. For real, thank you.
I don't think of myself as an introvert anymore… I've met so many new people!
This weekend at a festival, I told a short story impromptu in front of a small crowd of strangers at a fire pit. I made so many friends because of speaking first.
I coached myself this morning. I was like "what would Dylan say?"
I used the triangle pyramid thing the other day. It worked, especially the part where you say how you feel about bringing it up. Really disarms.
I sent it to my best mate and said hey, love ya. Sorry for not letting him sit in the mud with me.
I started going out with a goal to compliment five people a day. Especially on the days I wasn't feeling good.
As a recipient of this method from a man in a romantic context, I have never felt safer as a woman. 10/10.
